Each Marina Car Access Point has location-specific vehicle access and return procedures. Depending on the marina, vehicle pickup may be fully self-service or may require check-in with marina office personnel or dock staff. Please review your reservation confirmation email carefully, as it contains important instructions regarding vehicle access, key retrieval, return procedures, and any site-specific requirements.

Reservation Process

Reservation options vary by location and may include hourly access or full 24-hour reservation periods. This flexible approach allows Marina Car to provide convenient upland transportation while ensuring vehicle availability for as many boaters as possible.

To complete your reservation, please have your valid driver’s license and current auto insurance information available for upload and verification.

Please allow adequate time upon your return to ensure the vehicle is parked in its designated Marina Car location and all keys are returned according to the location’s instructions. Proper vehicle return is essential to ensure timely access for the next boater.

Never hand vehicle keys to another person. All reservations, vehicle access, and key exchanges must be completed through the approved Marina Car process. Failure to return the vehicle and keys to the designated location may result in additional fees or suspension of reservation privileges.
